Heading down South: Miami round 1

To kick off 2015, we are spending two weeks in Miami in January. We are leaving the freezing cold for warm temperatures (we hope!) the 5th, and come back the 20th. These 15 days are crucial to us. It's a time where we can shake off the rust and work on our boathandling. As a new team, time on the water is the most important thing. We will be training almost every day, and participating in the Midwinters regatta. This regatta will allow us to gain racing experience in the 49erFX fleet.

Our fantastic coach, Rob Frost, has taken to the road and is driving our boat down to Miami. We cannot wait to be reunited with it, under the Florida sun!
